Corporate philosophy

Since the opening of Kyokoi Kiyomizu in 2016, Aster International Industrial Solutions Co., Ltd. has been developing the Kyokoi series of townhouse guesthouses in Kyoto City.
The year before Kyokoi Kiyomizu opened, our representative, YuminagaYoshiba, saw an old Kyoto machiya that was on the verge of being demolished. She felt strongly that “Once a building like this is demolished, it can never be rebuilt. I want to protect it with my own hands,” and so she immediately purchased the house.
All of our guesthouses have been renovated to preserve the charm of traditional Kyoto townhouses while being convenient and comfortable for guests from both Japan and abroad. Our staff works together to ensure that our guests can always relax and have a good memory of their trip. Since 2018, we have also been expanding our restaurant business to please customers from both Japan and overseas.Through our guesthouse and restaurant, we aim to preserve Kyoto’s atmospheric streets, spread the charm of Kyoto to the world, and contribute to the local community.
